Quality policy
The Quality Policy defines the approach of the State Digital Solutions Agency (hereinafter referred to as SDSA) to quality and its commitments to ensuring the provision of high-quality, reliable, and secure digital services, as well as methodological support to service recipients (clients) and society, and the proper performance of other assigned functions. The Policy is based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is aligned with information security (ISO/IEC 27001) and information technology service management (ISO/IEC 20000-1) management systems.

- Risk and Opportunity Management. We identify, assess, and manage risks in order to ensure service continuity, security, and high operational quality.
- Environmental Impact. When planning activities, investments, and long-term strategies, we aim for maximum efficiency and minimal negative environmental impact.
Key Objectives:
- To ensure that the quality management system complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and is integrated into all areas of SDSA activities;
- To continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system;
- To establish quality objectives aligned with SDSA’s strategy, operations, and stakeholder needs, regularly review them, and pursue their achievement;
- To allocate the necessary resources for maintaining and improving the quality management system;
- To promote energy efficiency and the implementation of sustainable technologies within infrastructure managed by SDSA;
- To maintain open, data-driven quality management and encourage comprehensive employee engagement.
The Quality Policy is a public document accessible to all interested parties.
