Procedure for Customer Service

The person responsible for customer service at the State Digital Solutions Agency is Vitalija Kaniušaitė.

Office hours:

  • Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
  • Lunch break: 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.

On the eve of public holidays, SDSA working hours are reduced by one hour.

Requests and complaints are accepted, and individuals are served at SDSA, in Lithuanian and English.

Requests and complaints submitted by individuals must be examined within 20 working days from the date of receipt by the institution. If, due to the nature of the matter, additional time is required, the applicant shall be informed in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules for the Examination of Requests and Complaints of Individuals and Their Service in Public Administration Institutions, Agencies, and Other Public Administration Entities.
