Requirements for the institutions websites

In carrying out supervising of the requirements of state and local government websites, ISDC:

• coordinates the implementation of requirements specified in the list of General Requirements for state and municipal institutions and agencies websites, approved by Government resolution;
• provides methodological support to the authorities in the form of findings and recommendations;
• carries out an annual analysis of the condition of state and municipal institution websites.

In 2011, the General Requirements of state and municipal institution and agencies websites survey showed that currently in Lithuania there are 906 institutional websites, which are subject to the provisions of the General Requirements. The survey aims to carry out analysis of institution websites, in order to find out the condition of state agency websites and to make suggestions for their improvement.
