Requirements for the institutions websites
In carrying out supervising of the requirements of state and local government websites, SDSA:
- coordinates the implementation of requirements specified in the list of General Requirements for state and municipal institutions and agencies websites, approved by Government resolution;
- provides methodological support to the authorities in the form of findings and recommendations;
- carries out an annual analysis of the condition of state and municipal institution websites.
In March–June 2025, at the request of the State Digital Solutions Agency, an assessment was conducted of the compliance of the websites of state and municipal institutions and bodies (hereinafter referred to as institutions) with the provisions of the Description of the General Requirements for the Websites and Mobile Applications of State and Municipal Institutions and Bodies (hereinafter referred to as the Description), approved by Resolution No. 480 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 18 April 2003.
The purpose of the assessment of the institutions’ websites’ compliance with the provisions of the Description (hereinafter referred to as the assessment) was to carry out an analysis of the content of the institutions’ websites, to present conclusions regarding the condition of the institutions’ websites, and to provide recommendations for their improvement.
